Interesting meeting tonight. I'll try and find out how quickly S.Glos are supposed to respond to questions. If we all send one specific question referenced to each planning application requesting a response we could - potentially - give the planning department a real problem in reaching their response times. At a minimum it will begin to fill their inbox.

In the main very positive. One or two people in favour of the quarry I thought - but then the issue is not about trying to close it down.

I agree. We don't want to shut down the quarry, we just want them to behave responsibly and with consideration to the local residents. I am glad that the two stayed to the end.
